The most important thing about the way a shirt fits is getting
the measurements correct. To do this, you'll probably need
somebody to help you. Measuring your collar can be tricky,
but trying to measure your arm from the back of your neck
to your knuckle ranges from frustrating to impossible.
And please, double-check your measurements.
As you go through this process in FLOW
CHART , you'll be told to write down sizes and choices
on the order form. This information is necessary if we are
to prepare your shirt properly. Please answer every question.
HOW TO ORDER
Because of the important details involved in creating your
shirt, we also take orders by fax or mail. This avoids mistakes
while giving or receiving information on the phone. Fill out

We guarantee your satisfaction to the utmost. In our experience
as gentlemen's shirtmakers for over 5 decades, we always resolve
questions of craftsmanship. However, because of the nature
of shirts in partiealar, our guarantee is limited to questions
of construction, and not customer choice, taste, or inaccuracy
in measurement.
RETURNS AND REFUNDS
If you aren't satisfied, call us to explain the problem. You
may be asked to return the shirt to rectify the problem or
receive a refund. For full refunds, you must return the shirt
prior to wearing and laundering, within 2 months of receipt.
HOW TO CARE FOR YOUR ASCOT CHANG SHIRT
We suggest the following procedures will add to the life of
your shirt and uphold its quality.
1. Please launder after each wearing.
2. Machine or hand wash in warm water.
3. Do not bleach or starch. (These may discolor yarn and
hasten deterioration. Starching will Shrink collar and cuffs.)
4. Hang to partially dry and iron while damp.

YOU SEND SHIRTS OUT, SPECIFY NO STARCH.
