We are based in Hong Kong and we have branch shops in New York and Beverly Hills in the United States, Shanghai in China as well as Manila in Philippines. On this site, you will find a list of our shops with their exact locations and telephone numbers.

2. Could I come down to the store on 57th Street in New York and get measured for custom dress shirts?

We would be delighted to have you visit our branch shop and get measured there.

3. Is it possible to receive a complete catalogue of shirting materials, or will I be able to access this on the Internet any time soon?

We have a very comprehensive fabric collection. Please specify your preference for quality and colors and we are sure the samples we prepare will meet with your requirements.

4. Is there a way to review the various collar and cuff styles ?

We can send you a copy of our brochure illustrating the different collar and cuff designs we have available. These can also be seen when you get into thespecial made order flow.

5. Which locations can Ascot Chang ship its received orders?

We can ship to almost everywhere. Please check your own zone and the freight. If you cannot find yourself fall into any of the zones, please e-mail us and we shall check for you.

6. Is there a minimum number of shirts I need to buy if I am a first time customer?

The minimum order is three shirts.

7. Could you find out whether you have a shop in my area?

Please let me know by e-mail where you are located and we shall let you know which is the store closest to you. If We do not have a shop in your area, but our representatives visit major cities in the United States, Europe and Japan twice a year. Please see our news announcements for their upcoming visits.

We have your measurements and style on file and re-ordering is easy. Certainly ordering via e-mail is accepted.
