Terms and Conditions for Ascot Chang Referral Program


INTRODUCTION

 
1.)  In the following terms and conditions, the following parties shall be denoted thusly

  1. Ascot Chang Co. Ltd. (Ascot Chang)
  2. Current Custom-Made Client of Ascot Chang Co. Ltd. (Customer A)
  3. New Custom-Made Client of Ascot Chang Co. Ltd. (Customer B)
  4. Gift voucher to be delivered to Customer A (Gift Voucher A)
  5. Gift voucher to be delivered to Customer B (Gift Voucher B)

 

REFERRAL PROCESS

 
2.)  In the event that Customer A refers Customer B to Ascot Chang, and Customer B subsequently places a Custom-Made order to be manufactured and fulfilled by Ascot Chang, Ascot Chang will need to create two gift vouchers

  1. Gift voucher A will be valued at 10% of the total custom-made product value of Customer B’s first order. This voucher shall be delivered to Customer A.
  2. Gift voucher B will be valued at 5% of the total custom-made product value of Customer B’s first order. This voucher shall be delivered to Customer B.

 

3.)  Customer A must be verified by Ascot Chang staff as a current custom-made client of Ascot Chang. Customer A must have a valid Custom-Order file and/or paper pattern with Ascot Chang.

  1. Customer B must be verified by Ascot Chang staff as a new custom-made client. In order to be considered a new custom-made client, Customer B must neither have a valid Custom-Order file nor a paper pattern with Ascot Chang.
  2. Customers that have ONLY bought ready-to-wear items from Ascot Chang are considered as new custom-made clients.
  3. Customer that have ONLY bought custom-made products NOT manufactured by Ascot Chang (ie. Brioni) are considered as new custom-made clients.
  4. In the referral process, Customer B must identify Customer A as the referrer. If Customer A is not identified before order completion, then no gift vouchers will be issued upon satisfactory completion of order.
  5. Customer B must provide the full name and telephone number or email of Customer A to verify the referral. If Customer B is unable to provide Customer A’s details before order completion, then no gift vouchers will be issued.
  6. Referrals cannot be retroactively applied.

 

VALUE OF VOUCHERS

 
4.)  The value of gift voucher A shall be calculated as 10% of the total custom made product value of Customer B’s FIRST ORDER ONLY. The value of gift voucher B shall be calculated as 5% of the total custom made product value of Customer B’s FIRST ORDER ONLY. Subsequent orders SHALL NOT BE counted towards the value of the gift vouchers.

  1. Customer B’s “First Order” can include any Ascot Chang custom-made products ordered within 3 days inclusive of the initial order day. The final value of all Ascot Chang custom-made products in this “First Order” will count toward the value of gift vouchers.
  2. Any custom-made product order placed after this 3 days period, will be written up as a new order. This new order will not be counted towards the value of the gift vouchers.
  3. Extra surcharges that affect the physical appearance of final product (ie. Button styles, contrast collar, extra size charge, hand stitched shirt charge etc.)WILL BE counted towards value of gift vouchers.
  4. Extra charges that do not affect the final product appearance (ie. Tax, VAT, duty, shipping, shipping insurance etc.) WILL NOT BE counted towards value of gift vouchers.
  5. Custom-made products NOT manufactured by Ascot Chang (ie. Brioni) will NOT be counted towards value of gift vouchers.
  6. Ready-to-wear items, with or without alterations, will NOT be counted towards value of gift vouchers.
  7. Vouchers will only be issued on full-price custom made orders only.

 

GIFT VOUCHER ISSUANCE AND DELIVERY

 
5.)  The gift vouchers shall be created by Ascot Chang within 2 weeks of satisfactory delivery of custom-made products from Ascot Chang to Customer B

  1. Satisfactory delivery includes
    1. Customer B personally trying on products and taking delivery in an Ascot Chang store.
    2. Email or telephone confirmation that order is satisfactory.
  2. In the event of the lack of any confirmation from Customer B, Ascot Chang will presume the satisfactory delivery 2 weeks after the delivery date to proceed with the issuance of gift vouchers.
  3. In the event of dissatisfaction with order, Ascot Chang will use its utmost efforts to remedy the problem and ensure satisfaction with order. Gift vouchers will not be issued until Customer B has taken satisfactory delivery of the order.
  4. In the event of order cancellation and/or refund of money to Customer B, gift vouchers will not be issued by Ascot Chang.
  5. In the event of partial order cancellation, gift voucher values will be calculated using final value of delivered custom-made products.
  6. In the event of fabric material replacement, gift voucher values will be calculated using final value of delivered custom-made products.

 

6.)  Gift vouchers will be delivered using the following methods

  1. E-Mail
  2. SMS Message
  3. Physical voucher
    1. Unless specifically requested, Ascot Chang will try to deliver gift vouchers via email and SMS messages.
  4. In the event of gift voucher delivery failure, Ascot Chang will keep records of gift vouchers under each customer’s file in our computer system. Gift vouchers will be valid 1 year from issue date.

 

REFERRAL PROGRAM TERRITORY

 
7.)  Ascot Chang Referral Program will only take place in Ascot Chang stores in Hong Kong and Ascot Chang Trunk Shows.

8.)  Ascot Chang Co. Ltd. Reserves the right to change the terms and conditions without prior notice.
