Gift Card Terms and Conditions

The following Ascot Chang Gift Card Terms and Conditions describe the terms and conditions that apply to use of the Ascot Chang Gift Card. By purchasing, accepting, or using the Gift Card, you agree to be bound by this Terms and Conditions.

This card is issued by Ascot Chang Co. Ltd. (HK) and is redeemable for service or product purchases at any Ascot Chang Hong Kong Retail Stores and International Trunk Shows

Gift card is redeemable only for purchases at Ascot Chang stores in Hong Kong and International Trunk Shows. Gift Card have no cash value and may not be redeemed for cash or used to purchase another card. No refunds are permitted with respect to Gift Cards, all sales are final. Gift card cannot be used in conjunction with other in store promotions, unless otherwise states. You may not sell the Gift Card or otherwise barter for its exchange. 

Gift Cards are Hong Kong Dollar denominated. Gift card can be used multiple times. Consumers can use more than one gift card per purchase. To check your gift card balance, please email customerservice@ascotchang.com with your Order Confirmation Number and Gift Card Number.

Gift Card cannot be replaced if lost or stolen. Gift card will expire 2 years after the date of purchase, any balance remaining will not be refunded. After expiration, Ascot Chang may retrieve the remaining Gift Card balance .

While gift cards will expire 2 years after the date of purchase, sales promotions that are used in conjunction with gift cards may expire at an earlier date. In this event, gift card balances will remain the same, until gift card expiry 2 years after the date of purchase. 

Gift card only applicable in Hong Kong region. In case of any dispute, Ascot Chang Co. Ltd. reserves the right of final decision. Ascot Chang reserves the right to change this Terms and Conditions from time to time in its discretion,
