How does Ascot Chang (HK) ship its orders?

Orders purchased from this site are shipped out of our Hong Kong offices.


Domestic Hong Kong orders are shipped using HK Post.

International orders (ex-Hong Kong) are shipped using a variety of services including HK SpeedPost, HK Post E-Express, SF Express, UPS, FedEx and DHL. Orders are shipped on a DDU (Delivery Duty Unpaid) basis. This means that customers are responsible for any import duties or taxes that may arise from an international order.

Each country has their own import laws and tariffs, and if you are unsure of potential import charges, we would recommend customers to contact their local customs offices for additional information.  

How long will it take for my order to be shipped?

Online orders of ready-made products will be dispatched within 2 working days. Orders placed on a weekend or public holiday will be dispatched within the next working day.  

How long will it take for me to receive my order?

After dispatching, domestic HK orders normally take 2-4 working days by HK Post.

International orders (Asia) will take between 5-10 working days by HK Post or SF Express. and 3-5 working days by services such as UPS, FedEx or DHL. 

International orders (Europe and North America) will take between 4-8 working days for services such as UPS, FedEx or DHL.

I don’t see an option to ship to my country, what should I do?

For shipments to other countries, please contact us for a shipping quote at customerservice@ascotchang.com 

How do Returns Work?

Ready-to-Wear merchandise purchased online can be refunded within 14 days of delivery date, or exchanged for store credit within 21 days of delivery date. Returned merchandise must be received by Ascot Chang within the aforementioned timeframes for a refund or exchange to be considered.

Items sold on discount or as part of a promotion cannot be returned for refund. Items can be exchanged within 21 days of delivery date.

Before sending merchandise back for refund or exchange, please email customerservice@ascotchang.com for return authorization with your order number.

To be eligible for a return or exchange, your item must be unused and in new condition. The receipt, packaging, and tags must accompany the returned goods. Ascot Chang reserves the right to refuse a return or exchange, if merchandise is found to have been worn, used, damaged, altered, soiled and/or stained, or if merchandise exhibits any other characteristics that would prevent it from being sold as new.

Facemasks, Leather Belts, Underwear and Hosiery (including boxers, briefs, boxer-briefs and socks) cannot be returned

Return Fees and Mailing Address

Domestic (Hong Kong) customers can enjoy free return shipping, provided the item is posted from Hong Kong. International (ex-Hong Kong) customers are responsible for return shipping fees and safety of goods until they reach us. Please email us at customerservice@ascotchang.com for instructions and provide us your order number.

How long will it take to process my return?

We thank you for your patience while we process your refund or exchange. Typically, we will ship out any exchanges within 3 working days from receipt of returned merchandise. For refunds, please kindly allow 5-10 business days for a credit to appear on your statement. You may contact us at any time for an update.
